Remote Volunteering
ZAKKI is a social startup that aims to build an inclusive community for the elderly and people with disabilities. Our mission is to facilitate the collection and distribution of donations in order to assist the elderly and people with disabilities who work in the informal sector in obtaining a better livelihood through micro-business management, thereby increasing their market exposure.

We are currently redesigning ZAKKI’s fully functional product. In the coming years, we hope to complete the development of the ZAKKI fully functional product.
ZAKKI is a non-profit foundation, and all ZAKKI teams and volunteers do not receive a salary. For project-based volunteering, the volunteer can include their contribution as part of their portfolio in ZAKKI during project execution and after project completion, as well as e-certification after completion. We also provide recommendation and e-certification for tenure-based volunteering. Furthermore, English proficiency will be required as the primary mode of communication, both verbally and in documentation.

We are looking for Human Resource Management volunteers to assist us in managing our volunteers, both field and remote. Human Resource Management volunteers’ responsibilities include assisting the organization in ensuring that volunteers gain knowledge, experience personal growth, and excel in their respective fields both during and after their time with ZAKKI. We have a principle that when ZAKKI shines, so do our volunteers. We are delighted to assist our volunteers in achieving success in their respective fields and having a positive volunteering experience at ZAKKI.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to handle sensitive issues, such as conflict resolution and conflict of interest

Specific Requirement:
Onsite Volunteer (Field Volunteer) Coordinator MUST HAVE
• Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)

• More than 1 years professional HR experience (>1 years)

• More than 5 years professional HR experience (>5 years)
• Knowledge about National Labor Law in your respective country (country of residence/citizenship)

• More than 10 years professional HR experience (>10 years)
• Knowledge about National Labor Law in your respective country (country of residence/citizenship)
• Knowledge about International Labor Law
